Job Purpose * Manage a portfolio of personal and trust tax clients, ensuring timely and accurate filing of Self Assessment and Capital Gains Tax Returns
* Oversee the preparation and review of P11D and PSA forms and calculations, while managing the P11D process
* Provide proactive, efficient, and cost-effective tax services tailored to meet client needs and regulatory requirements
* Assist in the day-to-day management of the tax team, including training, coaching, and some line management responsibilities
* Research and draft private client and employment tax advice, maintaining a high standard of client service
* Report regularly to senior management on job progress, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within scope

The Successful Applicant * Qualified by experience or CTA qualified, with a minimum of two years’ post-qualification experience in Personal Tax
* Strong communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with both clients and colleagues
* Excellent time management abilities, with a proven track record of meeting strict deadlines
* Experience in line or process management is preferred but not essential
* Tax advisory experience and familiarity with other taxes are desirable but not required
