About the Role:
As our HSQE Manager, you will be the driving force behind our commitment to Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
Health and Safety:
* Conduct and review risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards.
* Investigate accidents, write comprehensive reports, and implement corrective actions.
* Ensure safety across depots, transport, and maintenance operations.
* Deliver safety training and develop lift plans.
* Address and resolve safety-related queries from customers.
* Lead health and safety audits and compile accident statistics.
Quality:
* Perform annual internal audits and manage audit schedules.
* Develop and maintain company policies and procedures.
* Host external audits and respond promptly to any quality issues.
Environmental:
* Conduct environmental risk assessments and internal audits.
* Drive initiatives to achieve net-zero emissions.
* Monitor and report on environmental KPIs.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience in HSQE management, ideally within a similar industry.
* Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental practices.
* Excellent auditing skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to lead and inspire teams to uphold the highest standards.
