A high performing academic school in the London Borough of Greenwich are on the hunt for an SEN (Special Educational Needs) Teaching Assistant to join their team for an ASAP start.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be working in a school with the highest academic aspirations, but also where a caring, family-orientated culture is maintained throughout.
This SEN Teaching Assistant position will involve working with children who have SEN within a supporting SEN Secondary School. (EHCP and / or ASD diagnosis) You will support the children to meet academic and social targets and encourage progress in both aspects. You will collaborate with the classroom teacher and other professionals to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for the student.

SEN Teaching Assistant:
* Working in Early Years provision
* Working with children aged 11 - 15 years old
* Working with SEN - EHCP and / or ASD diagnosis
* Supporting children on a 1:1 and in a small group basis
* Working in various areas of the school (inc. Inclusion department)
* Working closely alongside the SENCO and other professionals
* Strong academics across the board - Degree, A levels and GCSEs
