Salary - Dependent on Experience (up to £30,000) plus commission

Hours Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our clients small, friendly, family-run team in Rushden. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the owner of the business, driving growth through customer engagement and new business development.

Duties

* Contacting and arranging meetings with customers
* Bringing on new business opportunities
* Providing aftersales support
* Upselling parts for machinery
* Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
* Traveling to customer locations as required, with occasional overnight stays
The Candidate

* Previous outbound sales experience is essential
* Comfortable meeting people face-to-face
* Driver’s license required (initially you will have use of the pool car; a car will be provided later)
* Experience in manufacturing or engineering is advantageous but not essential (full training will be provided)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated and goal-driven
