We are a dynamic and growing company with a strong presence across Europe. Our Cheltenham office is looking to expand our finance team with the addition of an Accounts Payable Assistant. Key Responsibilities:
* Processing and managing invoices and purchase ledger transactions
* Ensuring all invoices are accurately coded and authorized
* Reconciling supplier statements
* Preparing payment runs
* Handling supplier queries and resolving any discrepancies
* Assisting with month-end closing tasks
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an accounts payable role or handling invoicing and purchase ledger
* Candidates who are currently studying or have studied AAT are highly encouraged to apply
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
