Job Description:
MIS Data Compliance Officer
* Reports to: Head of MIS
* Location: Coulsdon
* Salary: up to £30,000
* Type: Full-time
Dovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in Coulsdon.
Main Duties
* Ensure the completeness of data returns and related funding claims, including the development and maintenance of data validation procedures.
* Regularly use data tools and software to examine and resolve ILR data issues, coordinating with colleagues and reporting exceptions.
* Prepare data submissions for agencies, support audit processes, and assist with quality inspections.
* Maintain timetables, resolve booking conflicts, and ensure room allocations are optimized and compliant with curriculum needs.
* Assist with staff training on the student records system, offer advice to curriculum teams, and monitor data quality and compliance.
* Liaise with leadership and departments on data accuracy, room utilization, and provide management information reports on timetabling and space usage.
Requirements
* Experience relevant to the post
* Level 3 qualification or equivalent
* Level 2 Maths & English
* Interpersonal and communication skills
* Able to pass a DBS check
* No previous convictions
