I am looking for an individual to join one of our client’s New Homes team in Hassocks, West Sussex. The candidate must have previous New Homes experience!
You will join a fantastic and well respectable company in assisting the sales team with incoming inquiries and sales. Working on a fantastic site in West Sussex! If your looking to hit the ground running, i want to hear from you! This is a 12 month FTC position with an ASAP start date available.
What’s in it for you?
* 12 Month FTC (opportunity to go perm after!)
* Working both weekends with either Mon/tues or Thursday/Friday off.
* 1 in 4 weekends off
* Basic 31-33k, + coms
* ASAP start date available
Your main responsibilities will be:
* Welcoming potential buyers and providing them with information about the properties available.
* Conducting viewings of show homes and other properties with potential buyers
* Responding to queries from potential buyers about the properties and the buying process
* Negotiating prices and closing sales with potential buyers
* Providing advice and guidance to potential buyers on financing options and the home buying process
* Assisting with the preparation of marketing materials and advertising campaigns.
