Job Description:
Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Financial Reporting Manager to work for an established business based in Sheffield. 
Join a leading charity to oversee statutory financial reporting, audits, cash flow management, and treasury operations. You will manage a small team and support the Financial Controller in driving financial efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead external audits and statutory financial statement production
* Manage cash flow, balance sheet control, and treasury functions
* Ensure VAT and Gift Aid compliance
* Improve financial processes and reporting accuracy
Skills Required:
* Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with significant experience in statutory accounts production.
* Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and experience managing audits.
* Proven ability to streamline processes and lead finance teams.
