A new long term placement has become available for a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner to work in the Youth Service based in Norwich.

This role is 37.5 hours per week with a pay rate of £26-£27 ltd per hour.
Young-People focused assessment and formulation. Confidence in contributing to MDT discussions, and providing support/leadership to less senior members of the team. The ability to swiftly build relationships with young people, whilst safely managing risk. Developed skills in delivering therapeutically-informed interventions.

Placement details
Assessment, formulation. Waiting-list calls to young people. Care planning, risk assessment and co-ordinating support for young people within an MDT and mutli-agency context.
