Job Description:
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician!
You will need:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Previous maintenance work, particularly in building fabric/joinery/carpentry/plumbing
* Computer literate - you will need to write reports on the computer and view requests
* Be able to carry out property maintenance, decorating, plumbing and project management works
* Supervising specialist contractors
* Previous experience with sourcing, ordering and costing materials
* Customer focused
* Good communication skills
* Organised approach to work
* Be able to respond to help desk queries
* Communicate with stakeholders
* Motivation and drive
Hours of work:
8am - 7pm Monday - Friday (with the occasional weekend or emergency call out) Hours may vary but will average at 40 hours per week.
