Homelifts Technical Support Engineer UK Apply Now to join the Uplifts Team
Uplifts, Stannah’s dedicated Homelifts business seeks a Technical Support Engineer to support our UK Installations Operation and global distributors.
Reporting to the Global Technical Support Manager, you will provide technical support and deliver training.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on innovative products in a dynamic, global environment.
Regular travel to our Andover Head office and globally is expected.
Technical Support Engineer Job Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support and deliver training worldwide
* Deliver installation and maintenance training to UK installers and global distributors.
* Collaborate with engineering on testing, and product improvements.
* Support distributor performance and foster strong relationships.
Technical Support Engineer Job Requirements:
* Experience in technical support, preferably in the Homelift or related industry.
* Proven ability to deliver training both in classroom and on-site.
* Understanding of installation and maintenance processes.
* Experience working across cultures and time zones is a plus.
* Willingness to travel nationally and internationally on short notice.
* Ability to work from our Andover head office as needed.
