We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, POM Product Owner to join the Enterprise Onboarding Platform.  This role is located in Manchester, UK and will be working in a hybrid capacity. (3 days a week in the office). 
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:  
* Work with an Agile framework to drive requirements that help streamline and automate client onboarding tasks.   
* Work closely with senior Product Owners and stakeholders to understand user needs, prioritize backlog items and assist in the execution of Agile ceremonies. 
* Leverage data analysis skills to help prioritize and develop requirements  
* Product Execution: 
* Able to write specs for minor features and contribute meaningfully to specs for major features 
* In partnership with manager make right implementation trade off decisions to get product built and launched with low incidences  
* Able to QA a product prior to launch and can triage and prioritize bugs 
* Customer Insights 
* Uses data to generate actionable insights 
* Partners with design team to define user experience requirements and deliver user experience designs 
* Leverages user feedback in the form of usability tests, surveys an other forms of research   
* Assist with tracking the product backlog to ensure features are prioritized according to the Product Strategy 
* Participates in creating documentation required for Agile Ceremonies 
* Guided by stakeholders, defines user stories  
* Supports refinement of development user stories and ongoing discussions/reviews 
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:  
* Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related discipline 
* Product experience 
* Background in financial services
