Job Description:
Outstanding Primary School in Croydon Seeks KS2 SEN Teaching Assistant! �? Tradewind is recruiting an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant for a highly-rated primary school in Croydon.
Position Details: * Start Date: September 2024
* Role Duration: Full-time, until the end of the academic year
* Daily Pay Rate: £90.00
* Hours: 8:30am - 4:00pm
About the Role: * 1:1 Support: Provide dedicated support for a student with ASD.
* Focus Assistance: Help the student stay focused and on task.
About the School: * Ofsted Rating: Rated ’Outstanding’ by Ofsted.
* Environment: Thriving, diverse, and friendly two-form entry primary school.
* Team: Strong, supportive staff with high expectations for student achievement.
Requirements: * Experience: Must have experience with ASD and mainstream KS2 students.
* Engagement Skills: Ability to encourage, motivate, and engage children.
* Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
