PLEASE NOTE THE HOURS FOR THIS ROLE ARE: Monday to Friday 4.30pm - 12.30am (37.5 hours per week)

Main Purpose of the Job:
As a Trainee Scone Baker at Truly Treats, your role will involve weighing ingredients, mixing, and baking their award-winning scones. You’ll need to work efficiently, following recipes and instructions with precision. A basic understanding of food safety regulations is essential, and you must adhere to all health and safety standards throughout the process.
Duties:
* Weighing and measuring ingredients
* Preparing doughs, cutting scones, traying up
* Operating equipment (mixers, cutting machines, ovens)
* Performing quality control checks
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Skills:
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to follow instructions accurately
* Experience in baking
* Ability to lift up to 25kg
* Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
* A hardworking attitude with a keen interest in learning
