What We’re Looking For:
We seek experienced Mortgage Advisers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, eager to build a long-term career with a market leader. This role focuses on advising clients and delivering excellent customer engagement, not chasing leads.
Responsibilities:
* Consult with clients to discuss mortgage needs and goals
* Provide expert advice on mortgage options, rates, and terms
* Collaborate with lenders and underwriters for timely mortgage approvals
* Stay updated on industry regulations and mortgage products
* Maintain relationships with referral sources
* Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the mortgage process
Experience Required:
* Up to 2 years of experience as a fully CeMAP qualified Mortgage Adviser
* Knowledge of mortgage products and lending guidelines
* Excellent communication and computer skills
* Ability to manage multiple client files independently
* Positive attitude and service-driven
* Well-spoken and presented.
On offer:
* Base Salary: £30,000 + Commission + Bonus
* Advisers receive 25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays
* One Saturday per quarter worked
* Remote working, starting at 4 days in the office, reducing to 2 days in the office typically after a couple of years.
