Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and comprehensive maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
* Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to foster a deep understanding and passion for mathematics.
* Assess, monitor, and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to help each student achieve their full potential.
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall quality of teaching and learning within the department.
* Participate in the development of curriculum materials and contribute to the school’s academic and pastoral programmes.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Teacher of Maths, with a strong track record of delivering excellent outcomes.
* Relevant teaching qualifications and a solid understanding of the national curriculum.
