Role Overview: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with diverse learning needs, helping them to achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities:
* Assist teachers in delivering tailored educational support to students with varying needs.
* Provide one-on-one and small group support to enhance students’ learning experiences.
* Help manage classroom behaviour and support the development of positive relationships between students.
* Contribute to the creation of an inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
* Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing feedback and reports as required.
* Collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and other professionals to support student development.
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience in a similar role within a secondary school setting.
* Strong understanding of different learning needs and effective support strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to adapt and respond to the individual needs of students.
