Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support and assistance in the Design and Technology (DT) department.
* Maintain and manage DT equipment and resources, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
* Assist in the preparation and organisation of practical lessons, including setting up machinery and tools.
* Offer guidance to students on the safe and effective use of DT equipment.
* Support the teaching staff in delivering engaging and high-quality DT lessons.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the DT workshops.
Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in a DT Technician role or a similar technical support position is essential.
* Strong knowledge of DT equipment, tools, and materials.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
