Contract: Permanent, Full time 
What will you be responsible for?
As Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be working within the Commercial team, supporting them in the delivery of enhanced highways maintenance works direct to local parishes within the Somerset County
Your day to day will include:
* Working with the Liaison Officer in providing estimates for delivery
* Reviewing weekly cost and value ensuring full recovery for all works 
* Assisting in the submission of estimates and agreement of them
* Onboarding of supply chain

* You enjoy working and being part of a team with a clear common goal and can demonstrate attention to detail with facts / figures and can adapt to change
* Feel comfortable communicating with a range of stakeholders across different teams and levels 
* Can use Microsoft Office effectively for all work related activities
