Key Responsibilities:
* Enforce and maintain the school’s behaviour policies effectively.
* Engage with students to identify and address behavioural challenges.
* Provide mentorship on a one-to-one and small group basis, promoting positive development.
* Work in partnership with teachers and parents to create and implement behaviour support plans.
* Contribute to strategies aimed at improving the overall school climate.
* Accurately document behavioural incidents and interventions using the school’s MIS system.
Requirements:
* Experience in a Behaviour Mentor role or similar position.
* Strong grasp of behaviour management techniques.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to connect with students and support their engagement in learning.
* A proactive mindset focused on finding solutions to behavioural issues.
* Knowledge of the UK educational system is a plus.
