Responsibilities:
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant at our school, you will play a crucial role in the learning journey of our students. Your responsibilities will include:
?? Assisting teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons
?? Providing one-on-one or small group support to students who may need extra help
?? Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
?? Helping with classroom management and behaviour support
?? Contributing to the school’s extracurricular activities and events
?? Collaborating with teaching staff to assess and track student progress
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

? Previous child-based experience (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, volunteering)
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced school environment
? A valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) on the update service
