In this newly established position, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that the day-to-day activities of the leadership office run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to support strategic goals, manage high-stakes projects, and provide crucial administrative support that will contribute directly to our collective success.
As the key contact point for the leadership office, you’ll oversee a range of responsibilities, from managing complex administrative tasks to offering high-level executive assistance. Your role will be essential in ensuring seamless communication and coordination across the institution, involving staff, students, and external partners. You’ll play a critical role in the planning processes with College Deans and drive the progress of key projects, all while adhering to defined procedures and objectives.
This role demands sharp analytical skills and the ability to craft practical solutions through collaborative workshops and effective communication. You’ll provide strategic advice on complex issues to the Senior Management Team and actively engage with the wider University community and external stakeholders to enhance and support communication initiatives.
