Robert Half are currently working with a global organisation to join one of their clients on site as a facilities Coordinator for an initial period of 6 Months

The role is based on site just outside of Liverpool and salary will be between £13 - £15PH DOE.

The role will include assisting withthe running of the CAFM system while supporting the management team to maintain contractual compliance and mitigate service failures.

* Manage tenant damage process
* Operate the CAFM system, updating system with full audit trail from receipt to closure
* Produce Bi-weekly reports on the NWPS mechanism ensuring completion within time scales
* Awareness of IFM policies, procedures & objectives
* Supporting in Financial Processes
* Carry out contractor vetting
* Conducting site inspections
* Carrying out safety procedures
* Implement property risk management programs
* Maintain premises
* Business continuity plans
* Achieving SLA alongside KPI’s
