The Role:

Become an integral part of our wealth management team, providing essential administrative support to our seasoned financial planners and team leaders.
Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate provider information for client recommendations.
* Process new business transactions and ensure compliance documentation is complete.
* Handle various financial products, including investments, pensions, and protection.
* Generate reports, address client inquiries, and maintain meticulous records.
Required Skills:

* Preferable qualifications include R01, CF1, or equivalent.
* Previous experience in administrative roles within Wealth Management or Financial Planning.
* Familiarity with Intelliflo software is advantageous.
* Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Understanding of FCA regulations and operational procedures in Financial Services.
