Interim AP Manager | International SaaS Business | London
The Client:
Harmonic are delighted to be working with an international SaaS business who have established themselves as a market leader in their space. With a headcount exceeding 400, across 8 different international entities, this Interim AP Manager is essential to cover a period of high workload.
Their SaaS product supports businesses across a number of sectors effectively track sales and optimise strategies to improve market share. Working with a mix of start-ups and multinational businesses, they operate on a high value low quantity model which has seen the business create long lasting relationships with their clients.
The Role
The Accounts Payable Manager will be responsible for processing invoices and payments for the UK, US, and European entities. Reporting into the Finance Manager and exposure to the CFO, this role will be very well suited to an experienced contractor who can hit the ground running with very little handover.
Responsibilities
* Manage Global Accounts Payable Function.
* Prepare payment runs.
* Bank reconciliations.
* Assist with the month end close process.
* Business partner with other departments.
* Assist with processing vendor invoices.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements.
Essential Experience
* Previously held a senior position in Accounts Payable.
* Experience in a Multicurrency environment.
* Process & system orientated.
* Good communication skills
* Ability to work independently and be organised to hit deadlines.
* Eye for detail with high level organisational skills
* Strong Excel skills
Bonus Experience
* Previous experience in an SME.
* Previous experience in Tech/SaaS.
* Experience using Sage Intacct.
Day Rate: £150-£175 per day
Location: London (Hybrid, 2 days per week in office)
Start Date: ASAP, Mid-August at the latest
