The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and processing claims estimates and paid claims values in accordance with policy terms and conditions.

What you’ll do:
As a Senior Claims Adjuster, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and processing claims estimates and paid claims values. You will contribute to the planning process, ensuring that all activities align with wider business strategies. Your ability to investigate and resolve complex claims professionally will be key to providing excellent service. You will also proactively manage estimates and billings calculated by clients and brokers, resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner. Furthermore, you will identify subrogation, contribution, and other recovery issues, ensuring these are successfully pursued where appropriate.


* Evaluate and process claims estimates and paid claims values accurately and timely
* Contribute to the development of plans to ensure relevancy, compliance, and optimal delivery
* Support the implementation of the Claims strategy to enable delivery of overall business targets
* Investigate and resolve complex Claims of a specialist nature professionally
* Proactively manage estimates and billings calculated by clients and brokers resolving any discrepancies timely
* Identify subrogation, contribution, and other recovery issues ensuring successful pursuit where appropriate

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Senior Claims Adjuster position brings extensive knowledge of Claims in the appropriate area along with a good working knowledge of company systems. Your strong interpersonal and communication skills will enable you to effectively interact with various stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential for this role. Your ability to manage conflicting priorities to meet deadlines will be crucial in this fast-paced environment. Lastly, your strong customer orientation skills will ensure that you provide excellent service at all times.
