Residential Conveyancer - Spalding - Legal 150 Law - Firm-3 PQE +- Hybrid
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an 3+PQE Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a recognised Residential Property team based in Spalding .My client is looking for a solicitor or someone with 3+ years post qualification experience who has a solid background in Residential Property matters ,who wishes to make a move into this exciting and continually growing area.
Responsibilities
* Manage your own caseload, including sales, purchases, transfers and re-mortgages of residential leasehold and freehold property (registered, unregistered, new builds)
* Carry out lease extensions and auction transactions
* Manage and build strong relationships with colleagues, clients and introducers
* Comply with all internal and external audits
* Share information and best practice with colleagues wherever possible
* Follow the firm’s detailed policies and procedures
* Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and requirements
Skills and experience
* Extensive and sound experience of working in residential conveyancing, including the more complex aspects
* Working knowledge of referral arrangements and strong awareness of compliance issues
* Business development skills
* IT literate with an understanding and willingness to pioneer and embrace system development to build efficiencies
* Experience of building relationships with both new and existing clients and professionals
