Tradewind Recruitment are looking to appoint a Year 2 Primary Teacher on behalf of a progressive and inclusive 2-form entry school located in the borough of Enfield.
This London based primary school are looking for a qualified teacher to cover a year 2 class for a period of 3 weeks due to a sickness. The role will involve some planning due to the nature of the start date being at the start of the academic year.
About the role:
* Prepare and deliver KS1 lessons
* Implement effective and appropriate behaviour management strategies
* Work alongside the Classroom TA to ensure lessons are effective
* Differentiate learning materials to ensure each pupil benefits
* Attend weekly staff meetings
Requirements:
* Must have UK recognised QTS
* Strong understanding of KS1 curriculum
* Have a positive and ambitious attitude to learning
* Have a willingness to enhance the schools ethos
* Able to work effectively with colleagues, children and external agencies
* Must be available full-time and long-term from September
