Essentials:
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in subject.
* Assessor Awards D32/33 or A1/2.
* English and Maths Qualification at Level 2 (minimum).
* Teaching Qualification.
Desireable
* Internal verification award or be prepared to work towards one.
* Experience in assessing against NVQ or similar competence based framework.
* Experience of undertaking formal employee assessment in the workplace.
