Job specification:
* Conduct regular inspections and promptly address any issues.
* Keep detailed logs ensuring regulatory compliance.
* Ensure company vehicles meet safety and regulatory standards.
* Manage insurance renewals to maintain continuous legal coverage.
* Oversee annual renewals for certifications like ICO and marketing.
* Handle cost-effective purchasing and maintain supplier relationships.
* Assist with maintenance and procurement payables for timely financial management.
* Manage tenancy agreements, rent reconciliation, and utilities.
* Provide support for IT issues as needed.
* Perform various operational tasks as required.
* Take care of everyone’s health and safety at work, following company policies.
