Job Title: ICT Field Engineer - (JUNIOR/GRADUATE)
Looking for an IT Technician to provide support across several primary schools in the N/NW London area. The role involves traveling between schools, assisting with various IT tasks, such as setting up and maintaining hardware and software, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing basic network infrastructure. You’ll also handle minor equipment repairs and solve network problems, including wireless connections.
Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy
* Ability to troubleshoot network issues
* Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly
* Independent worker with good time management skills
* Experience with Windows Server (2012-2022), Windows 10/11, and Microsoft Office (2013-365)
Benefits:
* Salary:£24,000 -£30,000 per year (based on experience)
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (flexible)
* Location: Field-based, covering Barnet, Hillingdon, Ealing (N/NW London)
* Holidays: 25 days (outside of term time)

Preferred but not essential:
* Experience working in schools
* Familiarity with school-specific systems like GoogleGSuite for Education or Office 365
* IT degree or equivalent qualifications
You will need your own transport for this role. A DBS check, paid by the employer, will be required. The position is available immediately.
