Role Summary
A modern and dynamic regional law firm are actively looking to recruit a Conveyancing Paralegal or Conveyancer into its growing residential conveyancing department.
You will work as a case handler and be responsible for handling your own caseload of sale files. As part of a team you will also assist or fee earn on purchases, subject to your level of experience. Your caseload will include: sales and purchases (on both freehold and leasehold properties), transfer of equity and remortgages.
The caseload volume is medium to high although a lot of back office support is available. The law firm in question are SRA regulated and modern both in their approach to both technology and remote working.
While this is an office based role office attendance is only required 1-2 days per week. In total the law firm have 150 staff firmwide.

Experience Required
* Currently work within residential conveyancing and handle your own caseload of sale files
