Are you an immediately available experienced HR & Payroll Manager?

If so, we have a fantastic role for you. Responsibilities include:
* Working closely with internal colleagues and stakeholders to provide comprehensive HR advice and guidance.
* Acting as first port of call for any HR related queries (with the support of Head office and external HR guidance)
* Updating company HR policies and procedures
* Keeping the HR systems and processes up to date
* Employee life cycle - recruitment, on boarding, training, development
* Managing employee relations, disciplinary and grievances
* Looking after sickness, absence, performance management, employee engagement
* Inputting monthly payroll for finance to run
* General HR administration and compliance
Note:
This position is 5 days per week on site in Slough office to provide a close and open working relationship with employee, stakeholders and Senior management alike.
