Senior React Engineer
Location: Fully Remote
Salary: £70,000-£90,000 + Stock Options

I am working with an exciting Health-tech company who are revolutionizing how health-care professionals’ access critical medical knowledge at the point of care. The platform, developed by doctors, aggregates vast medical content to enable rapid, accurate decision-making and is used by leading institutions worldwide.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a self-driven React Developer with expertise in React, AWS, and TypeScript, plus experience in Next.js. You’ll be involved in the full product lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, collaborating with a cross-functional team to deliver impactful solutions. This role requires ownership, collaboration, and a passion for problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain web applications utilizing React, TypeScript, and AWS.
* Lead the implementation of features from initial concept through deployment, ensuring top-tier quality and performance.
* Work closely with designers and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
* Engage in all phases of the product lifecycle, including ideation, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
* Consistently enhance code quality and adhere to best practices.
* Take full ownership of projects, embracing challenges and driving solutions.
Key Requirements:
* Proficiency in React, AWS, and TypeScript.
* Experience with Next.js.
* Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* A self-motivated individual who confidently takes ownership of tasks and sees them through to completion.
Highly Desirable:
* Experience working in a startup environment.
* Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
