Main areas of responsibility:
* Handling all ER cases throughout the business
* To provide competent advice and support to all employees
* Assist in all areas of recruiting for the business
* Deal with HR queries from employees
* Collaborate with the Revalidation and Appraisal Director to ensure compliance
* Manage and update HR policies where necessary
* Supervise the staff development within the company
* Be confident with current employment regulations
