Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with Fire Industry experience to join our team in overseeing the daily operations of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and warehouse , managing resources efficiently, and driving continuous improvement & KPIs , recruitment and retention of existing clients.
 
Responsibilities:
· Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve operational goals- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions-
· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations-ensuring both engineering and office staff adhere to the PFS Management system.
· Collaborate with Sales & Finance Directors to ensure monthly invoicing target is met and exceeded.
· Generation of supporting information of Fire Compartmentation Surveys, Fire Door Surveys, Certification.,
· Fire Alarm handover packs including O&M Manuals /Drawings and modular.
· Experienced to combine geography (travel time) and time required on site per task to optimise efficiencies.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of budgeting and financial principles
Effective communication skills at all levels of the organisation-
Essential Qualification - IOSH or equivalent Microsoft Office user ideally advance level Excel.
Desirable: Project Management Qualification
