Permanent | Full-Time (Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm)
Part-Time considered (Monday - Thursday) for the right candidate

The Role
Greys Specialist Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Senior Occupational Health Advisor to join our client’s team in Bridgwater, Somerset. Your leadership will empower the existing team and make a real impact on employee well-being.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage daily occupational health operations
*Conduct health surveillance and fitness for work assessments
*Deliver high-quality case management and health education
*Mentor and support less experienced team members
*Ensure compliance with NMC guidelines and maintain professional standards
What We’re Looking For
*Qualifications: Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN; Occupational Health diploma/degree preferred
*Experience: Strong background in occupational health, case management, and health surveillance
*Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and IT skills; proactive and adaptable
