You will play a pivotal role in being responsible for the effective financial management and reporting across the group, reporting to the CFO.

The Role
* To support the CFO in being responsible for overseeing the group and developing reporting strategies
* Responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of accounting information, reported from accounting systems across the group
* Business partnering for the senior management team
* Prepare annual budgets to demonstrate efficient growth
* Improve systems surrounding all aspects of the groups accounting budget, forecasting and business planning.
* Continuous review of financial control and management information systems and procedures, implementing improvements across the organisation in consultation with the CFO
* Plan and Support projects which explore potential problems or opportunities
The Person
* A minimum of 5+ years’ experience within a senior financial management and reporting role
* Qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent
* Significant experience in audit or preparing statutory accounts
* Experience with financial modelling
* Commercial awareness
* Excellent communication skills both verbally and written with the ability to communicate effective with financial and non-financial personnel
