Our client sell a bespoke software into the Finance/Fintech industry. They now have a need to expand their sales team and are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join this exciting business.

The role:
* Prospect and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking.
* Conduct research to understand prospect needs, challenges, and pain points
* Engage with decision-makers and uncover opportunities and schedule meetings or demos
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and sales activities in their CRM
* Continuously learn and stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to effectively position products/services.
* Meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified leads and pipeline generation
Who are you?
* You have a minimum of 2 years SDR experience
* You will have experience in lead generation, Linkedin, calls and face to face events
* Experience in the FinTech / finance sales industries would be beneficial
* You will want to work in a busy environment
* You will get great training and will grow with this role
* You are professional, enthusiastic and self motivated.
