Robert Half are pleased to be partnering with an organisation based in Abingdon to recruit a Finance Business Partner. The Finance Business Partner will receive a salary of up to £60,000 along with other attractive benefits including hybrid remote working and very generous holiday allowance!
Business Partnering and team management experience is essential for this role.
Primary responsibilities;
* Management of the organisation’s finances and advising on various financial issues.
* Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective relationships are built, maintained, and strengthened further
* Manage the FBP team and ensuring effective delivery is maintained
* Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
* Oversee monthly financial reporting, ensuring accurate reports.
* Work with management accounting team to pull together month end reports
* Present financial information and take queries from non financial professionals
Key experience and attributes;
* Business partnering experience
* Team management experience
* Month end/Management accounts experience
* Qualified/Part Qualified Accountant
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communicator
