Job Description:
We are looking for a well-presented receptionist with strong front-of-house experience to work on the front desk of a leading private equity firm starting ASAP for 6-8 weeks and possibly longer with a view to going permanent for the right candidate. This could suit a freelancer with strong customer service skills, looking for some work on the side, or a career receptionist or high end hospitality worker looking for to develop their skillset.
Duties:
- Answering the phone and transferring calls
- Booking meeting rooms and arranging hospitality for guests
- Managing visitor passes and meeting and greeting all clients
- Stationery ordering and handling post and couriers
- Booking taxis
- Maintaining an immaculate front-of-house at all times
