Job Description:
Join Anaxi Interactive Content & Aggregation Creative to be a leading force in our creative process.
You will be predominantly working on a wide variety of exciting game products and branding projects.
As a Creative Project Lead, you will be part of the Creative Leadership team reporting to the Creative Portfolio Manager. You’ll work with an art director and the relevant stakeholders, to organise and drive the overall project forward from early concept right through to delivery. You will estimate budget and art resources needed to deliver a project, as well as create follow-up and evaluate the talents team’s output in order to ensure objectives are met.
We are seeking a creative person with great management and organisation skills, who has an in-depth knowledge of creative processes, visual design, game art, as well as a great problem solving skills. *What You’ll Do*
* Planning the scope, timing, and budget of a creative project.
* Create a cost estimate following the project requirements.
* Create, schedule and track project advancement.
* Organise resources and meetings around a specific project.
* Ensure the project flows from brief to art production delivery.
* Validate the costs around art decisions.
* Assemble a creative team for the project.
* Distribute and pace tasks to the team with the Art Director.
* Ensure clarity and communication across projects.
* Deliver to the budget and comply with the deadline.
* Ensure visibility of a project progress, its deadlines and budget.
* Flag any potential risks that affect projects scope and cost.
