*This role is 4 days based from our Inchinnan Glasgow Site & 1 day remote*
*25% UK Travel & Occasional Sweden visits *
Responsibilities:
* Successfully manage and grow a portfolio of biotech accounts, driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the biotech industry
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine customer needs and provide flawless customer service
* Compete effectively in a fast-paced sales environment, staying up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge
* Apply effective sales strategies to discover new business opportunities and enhance market presence.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or related field, or equivalent experience
* Minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience in the biotech or life sciences industry
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
* Strong understanding of the industry and ability to identify customer requirements
* Ability to successfully implement sales strategies and meet sales goals
