Job Description:
Vehicle Technician, Bournemouth Dorset - Monday - Friday only!
* Competitive salary up to £40,000 DOE with OTE of circa £44,000.
* 33 days annual leave including bank holidays.
* Uniform provided.
My client, who has 4 ramps in their workshop is seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join their friendly team in Bournemouth. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified vehicle technician in the Bournemouth area to work in a smaller & friendly workshop environment.
Responsibilities:
* Diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle makes and models.
* Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
* Utilise diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex issues.
* Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used.
* Communicate effectively with customers about vehicle issues and repair recommendations.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised work area.
* An MOT licence would be advantageous but is not essential.
Requirements:
* Level 3 NVQ in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
* Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work efficiently and accurately.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Full UK driving license.
