Job Description:
We are currently looking for a Facilities Helpdesk administrator to work with an education establishment in Huddersfield, HD1. This is a temporary role for 3+ months.
Working hours: Mon to Fri 8am - 5pm - START ASAP
Hourly rate £13.46 per hour
Enhanced DBS required.
The core responsibilities for this role are:
* chasing SR and following up any remedial works that are required to ensure the business remains compliant
* Following up any remedial works that are required to ensure the business remains compliant
* Schedule PPM tasks in with Contractors
* Answering calls
* Raising Purchase Orders
* Raise Work Orders
* Other relevant tasks
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
* Understanding of basic IT programmes (Word / Excel) - essential
* Experience using CAFM system - essential
* understand reactive and PPM jobs
* Ability to communicate comfortably at all levels
* Good time management skills
* Have a good understanding of what Facilities Management is
* Ability to work under own initiative and under pressure
