Job Description:
Wilson Recruitment are seeking a Internal Sales Executive for a leading supplier in the mechanical services, heating, plumbing, and air movement industries, the business has built a strong reputation for its success.

Main Responsibilities:

Provide customers with knowledgeable, friendly, and dependable service, while optimising branch sales and gross profit.
Operate with efficiency and accuracy, even under pressure.
Maintain and develop the company’s culture, customer satisfaction, trade counter, and delivery service.
Deliver excellent customer service and sales support, both in person and over the phone.
Serve customers face-to-face at the trade counter.
Assemble customer orders and perform other warehouse duties as needed.
Handle general office tasks, including filing and scanning.
Take on additional duties as requested.
Manage account ownership and update CRM systems.
Requirements:

Essential:

At least 2 years of hands-on experience and knowledge of materials for mechanical services, plumbing, heating, and air movement.
