My client is seeking a highly motivated and results – driven Internal Sales Executive/Appointment Maker to join a fast-paced office within the material handling industry.
  
The ideal Candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth for our company through cold calling and Telesales.
  
* The candidate has to be self-motivated and exceptionally target driven.
* You will be the first point of call for all new customers including inbound enquiries.
* You should be able to react and think on your feet as each day throws up new and interesting problems, and as a business we work together with other departments to source and resolve things efficiently for the customer.
  
Responsibilities –
  
* Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through cold calling, email, and market research. This is a 90% cold calling Telesales role expected to average 70 dials a day.
* Fact finding with the customer to arm the ASM with the right tools to deliver the best solution from meeting 1
* Track and report on pipeline with sales team
* Meeting/exceeding KPI’s and targets to meet business demands
* To liaise with ASM’s within business regarding opportunities
* To successfully deliver new opportunities to ASM’s
* We are looking to someone to help form this role into a successful position with their own way of working and ideas aligned with the standards and targets.
  
  
Skills –
* Technical Ability with Microsoft and CRMS
* Self-motivated, goal orientated and results driven
* Team Player
* Ability to work independently
* Strong Communicator and ability to covey new ideas clearly
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  
Full time, permanent Schedule:
Monday – Friday (8.00am – 4.30am)
Salary: £26,000.00 per annum (35k + OTE)
