Accounts Payable Assistant / Sevenoaks / Hybrid / £26,000 / 12 months Fixed Term Contract

Overview:

A well-established health and social care services is seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their Social Care division.
The overall purpose of the role is to assist with the Accounts Payable function including processing invoices and payments.

Responsibilities:
* Accurately inputting invoices to the system
* Filling invoices
* Checking and coding invoices
* Chasing invoices
* Resolving suppliers queries

Skills required:
* Experience in a finance team would be preferred
* Experience on Microsoft Excel     
* Self disciplined
* Proactive and efficient
* Great communication skills
