Assistant / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor
Position: Quantity Surveyor (Assistant / Intermediate Level)
Location: East London (Near Elizabeth Line Station)
Salary: c. £40,000 - £50,000 + Car Allowance + Fuel Card + Bonus + WFH 1 day/week + Flexi Hours + Progression + Full Benefits Package

Role Overview:
* Position based in East London, near an Elizabeth Line station.
* Reporting to a Senior Quantity Surveyor on-site.
* Supporting the SQS in managing procurement and overseeing trades.
* Involvement in closing out a major residential project, managing a dozen or so trades on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the day-to-day commercial management of the project.
* Manage procurement for all internal trades.
* Support in closing out trades to meet project deadlines and budget.
* Contribute to cost reporting, valuations, and variation management.

Requirements:
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in RC Frame Residential projects with a Main Contractor or Developer.
* Strong skills in procurement, cost reporting, and trade management.
