We have a current opportunity for a Compliance Officer on a temporary basis, however could potentially become a permanent role. My client are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
You will be responsible for:
* managing housing asset compliance programmes
* ensure the servicing programmes are recorded and monitor compliance related data for gas servicing, electrical safety inspections, asbestos, legionaella
* provide a full range of administrative services including issuing letters to customers in relation to contractor visits and tracking the visits
* monitor and maintain EPC register
You must have experience within a similar role within the Social Housing sector.
